1. Rates are per room, per night and include buffet breakfast and 10% service charge.

2. To be exempted from payment of the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV), which is not included in the rates, you must present your passport at the time of checking-in. This applies both to foreigners and Peruvians who are non-residents in Peru.

3. The deadline for making reservations at any of the hotels is July 31st, 2013, after this date reservations will be subject to availability.

6. A fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged in case of Early Check-in before 10:00 hrs. and half the fee after 10:00.

7. A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be applied for cancellations or a reduction in the number of nights reserved received until July 31st, 2013 once the booking is made and confirmed.

8. A cancellation fee equivalent to the whole stay will be applied for cancellations or a reduction in the number of nights reserved from August 1st 2013 once the booking is made and confirmed.
