Registration
Sunday November 17th from 11:00 to 19:00
Registration and the distribution of event materials to participants will be carried out in the Foyer of the Delfines Hotel & Casino.
Venue
The XXXI ALIM Annual Meeting will be held at the Delfines Hotel & Casino.
Participants who were unable to register the previous day can do it from 8:00 to 8:30 on Monday 18th November.
Sessions
Work sessions will be carried out in the Salon Mediterraneo B and C according to the program. Simultaneous translation services (Spanish-English-Spanish) will be available sponsored by Gavilon, as well as audiovisual equipment for those speakers who require it.
The session chairpersons will be responsible for running the sessions within the framework of the methodology established by the organization.
The presentation on ALIM member countries will take place on Monday 18th November.
Technical Talks
Those interested in attending only the Technical Talks that will be delivered on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th November from 16:00 to 18:00 hours, may do so upon registration for US$ 200. For more information please go to TECHNICAL TALKS
Companies, institutions and products exhibition
Exhibition stands will be set up in the Salon Mediterraneo A, Hall and Foyer for meeting participants to appreciate the companies and institutions’ main products and services. The exhibition will be open from Monday 18th November.
Refreshments, lunch and dinner
Refreshments will be served in the Salon Mediterraneo A, Hall and Foyer, where the exhibition stands for companies and products will be located.
On Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th November lunch will be served on the Terrace of the Delfines Hotel & Casino.
Two dinners have been scheduled outside the Meeting’s venue, as well as the closing lunch on Wednesday, November 20th. Participants will be transferred by bus.
